On Wednesday afternoon my classmates and I went to the hall to learn gymnastics.
First we do star jumps. Sometimes we make shapes with our hands. We swop places to try everything.

The Litterbug

The Litterbug
By Acein

CHAPTER ONE

Jay was fishing. My brother Pheonix came along to have a talk with him. “What are you doing?” said Pheonix. Jay said “I’m fishing”.

Phoenix said “I’m going to have that Mountain Dew”.  Gulp Gulp Gulp. He drank it very fast so his brother couldn’t snatch it off him.

“Hey, save some for Me”, said Jay.
His brother Pheonix replied, “Nope all mine”. “I’m going to chuck this in the water now,” said my brother Pheonix. “You litterbug”, said Jay.  “Who you calling a litterbug? You Baby” said Pheonix.

“I’m calling you a litterbug!”, said Jay. “Look it’s floating now” said Phoenix.

“You are going to hurt some innocent fish,” said Jay.
Zoooop zooooop. “Look at that beam of light”, said Pheonix. “Look you have a fin”, said Pheonix. “You too”, said Jay. “We are fish”, they both screamed. “Oh nooo…..,”, said Jay.

Pheonix Jay

CHAPTER TWO

“I am Mauri the Guardian, stop littering my waters or else”, said the Guardian.

“Or else what?, said Pheonix. “You will be stuck as fish forever”, said the Guardian.

“Stuck as a fish forever?”, said Jay. “Stuck as a fish, that’s no fear”, said Pheonix.

“You’re just a little light Mauri, you can’t tell any of us what to do”, said Phoenix. “I am Mauri the god”, said the Guardian. “Oh, then you can tell us what to do”, said Jay.
“You must come to my cave in the deep water”, said the Guardian.

“And if we don’t?”, said Pheonix. “You will be stuck as a fish forever!” replied the Guardian.
“Be quiet”, said Jay. Zuuuushhh. “Hes gone!”, said Pheonix. “You shouldn’t have messed with him. He’s a god”, said Jay. ‘It doesn’t matter, I can fight gods’, said Pheonix. “No you can’t, you’re just a little human”, said Jay.  “Hmmmm, Ok lets go find him”, said Pheonix. ‘Hmmm, where’s this little cave in the deep?” replied Jay. “Shall we try down there first?, said Pheonix. Jay shrugged his shoulders. “It doesn’t matter, we’ll try down there first.” replied Jay.

“ You shouldn’t have messed with him”, said Jay. “I know, I’m sorry about that”, said Pheonix. “Let’s go”, said Jay. “Let’s stop to get some food”, replied Phoenix. “There is none, there all fish”, said Jay. “We don’t know what fish eat”. “Well we will find some, and see what other fish eat”, replied Pheonix.

CHAPTER THREE

“Well we are fish, we can’t see anything except old washed out rubbish, poor fish”, said Pheonix. Yeah, that’s kinda true, it's all rubbish”, i wish we could do something to save them”, said Jay. “Hey, look i see a huge parana with giant teeth”, said Jay.

“Nah, that's just a chip packet”, replied Pheonix. “Is that a log or its it just more rubbish?. Who knows, let's just swim up to it”, said Jay. “Nahhh, you scaredy cat, it’s just a log, lets go”, said Pheonix. “Look there's some crabs over there”, said Jay. “Nah, we can’t eat them they’re too big, they are coconut crabs”, said Phoenix.

And so they kept on swimming and when they then suddenly stopped.

“Well, at least we know we can’t eat those coconut crabs, and they looked so delicious and i was sooo hungry”, said Jay. “Yeah, far far away because they look smaller too and nothing like those fish and chips we used to eat when we were humans”, said Pheonix. “Hmmmmm Ewwwww Errrrrrrr, Do you smell that?”, said Jay. “It smells like stinky dead rotten eggs, i've never smelt anything so smelly in my life - just like Dad's shoes”, said Pheonix. “Yeah, let's keep looking”, said Jay. “Oh, look there’s a cave over there”, said Pheonix.

Ttttssssh twang gooow suddenly something swam out of the dark like the speed of lightening. “Stop it's a big eel with big sharp teeth”, said Jay.

It swam straight past them. “Must have had something coming after it, like a octopus or something”, said Jay. “These no octopus in a river, use your head!”, said Phoenix.

CHAPTER FOUR

“Ahhhh, yeah you think i didn’t know it”, said Jay. “You got a point on that, lets just keep on swimming”,said Pheonix. “Anyway, i wish we could have fish and chips or that mountain dew that you drunk”, replied Jay. “It wasn’t my fault, you told me too”, said Pheonix. “Yeah you’re funny, now lets just get out of here and find that cave”, replied Jay.

“What’s that? It looks like a periana, don’t swim up to it”, said Jay. “Nah, I’m no chicken, let’s go look at it”, said Pheonix. Then Pheonix swam up to it.   Ttttssssshhhh “Aaaahhh, that’s a parana, let’s swim away. Stop chasing us!”, yelled Pheonix.

CHAPTER FIVE

“He stopped chasing us, that's good”, said Phoenix. “But he was a pretty scary big pirana. He was big”, said Jay. “Is that him?. He’s still chasing us” shouted Pheonix. “Look there’s an eel, maybe he will fight the parrana. Hopefully he will slow them down”, replied Jay. “Wait! I want to wait, i like watching Parana and eels fight”, said Pheonix. “Ok, one minute. Let’s go”, said Jay. “Hmmm yeah, looks like the parana won. Yeah, let's go”, said Pheonix.

CHAPTER SIX

They keep on swimming for a long time. “ I can’t believe we have been swimming for so long”, said Jay. “Does the river seem to be getting smaller, thinner?, said Pheonix. “Yeah, it kinda does”, said Jay, who was now starting to get a bit worried. “Wow, we’re going into a drain. OH NO, i can't see.”, said Pheonix.

CHAPTER SEVEN

“Just stay calm, I’ll try and come to you. I’ll try to swim up to you as fast as i can. Grab hold of my fin. Swim up…. Use all your strength’, called out Jay to Pheonix.

“AAAAAHHHHH i cant see, its really blurry”, shouted Pheonix. “Yeah, it might just wear off in a few minutes, until then just follow in my shadow and hold onto my fin so i can take you up the river”, said Jay.

CHAPTER EIGHT

“We’re almost there, dont worry. There’s another dark cave. You want to come with me to see it?”, said Jay. “What is it. Let’s go check it out!”, said Pheonix. They swam up to it while keeping hold of each other.  “Hmmm hello hello  hello, is anyone there?”, said Jay.  “Who’s there? Who dares come to see an old eel?”, said the Old Eel.

“Aaaaaaaah, you can talk?”, said Jay. “All fish can talk!”, replied the Old  Eel, “I’ve heard about you two litterbugs!”

“I’m not a litterbug, he is!”, said Jay, “I didn't do anything wrong”. “Ha ha pretty funny”, said Pheonix. “It's not my fault, it’s your fault”, replied Jay.

CHAPTER NINE

“Well, the Mauri is over there”, said the Old Eel, “ All that way over there, but it’s not that far away”. “You can just call for him. Don’t worry you will be healed”, explained the Old Eel. “Now go to Mauri’, said the Old Eel as they swam away. “Just hold on we’re almost there”, said Jay. “We better be, as my eyes are starting to get really sore”, replied Pheonix.

“Well where is he?” They heard the Old Eel is calling for him. “Ah He Ha Ho Ho Ho Ah He Ha Ho Ho Ho”, called the Old Eel.

CHAPTER TEN

Suddenly there was a beam of light. “Can you help my brother, he is dying!, said Jay. “Here make him eat this, his eyes are hurting only because he has been a fish for too long, it's been seventeen hours”, said Mauri. So pheonix then ate what Mauri gave him.
“Yuck its bark”, said Phoenix.

“ No, it's not. It's a healing potion, explained Mauri. “What have you learnt about being a fish?” asked Mauri to both Jay and Pheonix. “Well, it’s not good and it stinks. The sewers are dirty and full of rubbish. This needs to stop otherwise all the fish will die”, said Jay. “ Yeah and i like eating fish and chips too!, said Pheonix.

CHAPTER ELEVEN

“Make a wish, to be in human form again with my brother”, said Mauri.

“I wish we could be human again”, wised Jay.

Zzzzzzzzzz woooowwwww Zuuuuuummm!

“Yeah!, I’m human again”, said Pheonix. “Look there’s Acein”, said Jay, “don’t tell him about what happened”.

“What happened to you to?, asked Acein. “Long story”, said Pheonix. Acein smiled and said, “Let's go eat our fish chips and chicken now”. “Best thing i've heard in hours”, replied Jay.

I was learning to retell the story.

The Cunning Cat

There was a skinny black cat that was by himself, he was sneaky. He was also a very cunning cat. He was a cat not to be trusted because he liked to trick  the other animals to get what he wanted. One day he tricked the woman  into  making a deal with him,  to get into the cave to get some milk and to sit by the warm fire.
